I'm really enjoying this track... It's been on my device for a while,
it's funny how on certain days specific songs ring more true than on
others. Makes me wish I was looking forward to a great show.

It's been a life changing past few days for reasons both good and bad.
 It's unfortunate how the bad experiences linger and taint the
appreciate of the good. I'm pretty sure we carry both types of
memories forward to help us learn how to avoid/encourage whichever
fate decides we deserve.

Jonah Manning Owens was born yesterday at Grand River! Kate looked
and felt great, Brad was elated and hopefully they're able to bring him
home today. It was a great day, celebrated with, of course, tequila,
Caesars and great food. I couldn't be more proud of Kate, of course
he's perfect - that's going to be one spoiled rotten kid by the time
I'm through :P Here's some pics from his birth day!

I'm feeling like today is the day I'm going to become an uncle. I
started to get this hunch after receiving word that my beautiful
sister has gone into labor... PUMPED!!!!!!!!!!!! Should be around
noon!!!

Recipe: Grill'em, whole wheat bun, smother on ginger, dijon, garlic, dill, and lemon! It's been a good hump day!

beautiful. The windows were down while I cruised along Parkside,
making my way into the Research and Technology Park (the home of RIM
20 on the University of Waterloo, North Campus).
